Shipping policy

Made to Order and Ready to Wear items will have different processing times.

Made to Order:

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your Made to Order piece to be shipped out. This is due to the production of the item starting once the sale has gone through.

Ready to Wear:

Ready to Wear items are shipped much faster, usually within 1-2 weeks. If there are no size adjustments to be made, we aim to ship within 3-5 days however, this business is ran by one sole employee. Sometimes it may take a little longer to ship your order, if you have not received shipping confirmation within 1 week, please contact us. 

We ship via Royal Mail with tracking. You will receive an email including your tracking number and details. Due to current situations in the world, please allow time for your order to arrive. Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to deliver. If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please contact us immediately so we can try and rectify the situation!
